What does DETAGGED mean?

Detagged only applies to .uk domain names, and means that the domain name in question has previously been registered, but is now in the process of deactivation.

Although domain names can still be detagged, this an an outdated practise and is no longer necessary under Nominet's current expiry/renewal process.
