Why was my order blocked or marked as fraud?

In order to narrow down the possibilities of fraudulous orders, we use an online fraud protection system.

There will be a small percentage of orders that are automatically marked as fraud. It is possible that a legitimate account is marked as fraud for one of many reasons. Here are a few possibilities:

  1. Your IP may have been too far of a distance from the listed address upon order.
  2. Your city was not recognised.
  3. Order was placed from a location (country) that has a history of placing questionable orders.

If your account was marked as fraud or you are concerned that it was, please contact us and we will review the order. After this we will provide you with the instructions on getting the account activated.
