How do I cancel my account?

We're sorry that you have decided to leave us and we'll be sad to see you go, if there's anything that we can do first, please give us a chance to fix any wrongs or mis-communications.

If its because someone has given you a better offer, talk it through with us to make sure that any transfer goes smoothly.

Hosting Account Cancellation:

  • Go to http://www.fyrewire.com/billing
  • Login to your account area and then click on "My Products & Services".
  • Then click on "View Details" for package you want to cancel.
  • Scroll down and click on "Request Cancellation".

You can also contact us to have your account canceled with us, if you have a subscription payment setup with paypal.com, you will have to cancel that subscription in your paypal.com account.
